The HSE has, as had been widely expected, filed a legal challenge in the High Court to a ruling of the Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT) in favour of two consultants pursuing payment of wages claims, a precedent that may mean the Executive will have to reimburse up to 2,000 consultants.
