Dear Editor, With distance comes perspective. If that distance is far enough then the perspective is viewed only through one’s imagination, memories and the current views of others. The current ‘crisis’ in Irish general practice would appear to be talked up by GPs and talked down by the Government and the HSE, with no balanced perspective given by either side.
