By Gary Culliton. The Primary Care Reimbursement Service (PCRS) achieved savings of €43.7 million in the first quarter of 2013, as a result of cost management moves. This is under the €45.6 million target, which leaves a shortfall against the budgeted position of €1.9 million. Some €323 million in savings plus an additional €30 million have been targeted.
