By Gary Culliton. A Review of the Mental Health Act 2001 is to be published before the end of June, Minister of State with responsibility for Mental Health, Kathleen Lynch has pledged. Responding to Dáil questioning by Fine Gael Deputy Terence Flanagan, Minister Lynch said she established an Expert Group in August last year to carry out the second and substantive phase of the review.
