IHCA National Council officers re-elected

By Gary Culliton. The IHCA National Council has recently re-elected Mr Denis Evoy as President and Dr Michael Fitzgerald as Vice President. Dr Gerard Crotty was also re-elected Vice President, and Dr Gerard McVey and Mr Paraic Murray remain as Honorary Treasurer and Membership Secretary, respectively. No new members were elected to the Council, as those elections occur every second year. The National Council governs the Association on behalf of members between General Meetings. There are 30 members, 25 of whom are elected, with the remaining five co-opted. Members may be elected for a maximum of two consecutive terms. Other…
