By Lloyd Mudiwa. Health service users were happier with the service they received from the HSE in 2012 compared to 2011, judging by the number of complaints recorded by the Executive last year. At 6,813 complaints, this was a reduction of 9 per cent on the previous year’s total of 7,449.
