HSE Capital Plan 2014 approval ‘days away’

The HSE Capital Plan for 2014 looks set to finally get approval from the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform in the next few days, nearly two-thirds into the year and just a couple of months before next year’s Budget announcement. However, it was unclear whether the Plan would also require the sanction of new Minister for Health Dr Leo Varadkar before the HSE could publish it, IMT reports.
