Health Forum elects new Chairperson

Cllr Tim Lombard, a member of Cork County Council, has been unanimously elected as the new Chairperson of the Regional Health Forum for the HSE South at its annual general meeting in Cork recently. Cllr Lombard takes over from Cllr Jim Townsend, Carlow County Council, whose term has expired. From Minane Bridge, Co Cork, Cllr Lombard was co-opted to Cork County Council in 2003 replacing Simon Coveney TD and subsequently re-elected in 2004 and 2009.
