Five days before the Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) admitted using money raised by a charitable company to top-up salaries of six staff, including its former chief executive Paul Kiely, a HSE regional health forum passed a motion commending the Clinic for a “beautiful and practical” garden at one of its centres.
