‘Bold’ tort reform a priority, MPS tells Government

As a priority, the Government must introduce a new Bill that clearly defines tort of clinical negligence as part of a suite of urgent measures to arrest the rapidly deteriorating claims environment in Ireland, the Medical Protection Society (MPS) has recommended.
