In its submission to the HSE Primary Care Division’s Review of GP-Out-of-Hours (OOH) services, the NAGP accepted that a review of the services were necessary. On behalf of its 1,956 members, the Association said it was “highly desirable” that suitably qualified GPs maintained the governance of OOH services to patients 24/7 for the benefit of whole population health.
