Major changes needed in chronic disease care

A new national study of GPs’ attitudes on chronic disease management has highlighted the need for financial and practical supports. Priscilla Lynch reports. The results of the first national survey on chronic disease management (CDM) in Irish general practice have just been published and make for interesting reading.
