An appreciation — Dr Raymond and Miriam Rees

Apart from being a tireless and outstanding contributor to child health, Dr Raymond Rees and his wife Miriam were willing to give and share unstintingly, writes Prof Hilary Hoey. We are very saddened to hear of the passing away of Dr Raymond Rees and his wife Miriam. Raymond was an outstanding consultant paediatrician. He was a Trinity graduate and was appointed a consultant to the National Children’s Hospital, Harcourt Street, Sir Patrick Dun’s Hospital and to the Adelaide Hospital in 1971, and as a Senior Lecturer in Trinity College.
