Thinking of new ways to burn off those mince pies this Christmas? How about downloading Pokémon GO, which a new study has revealed improves physical activity. The research, which is published in the BMJ Christmas issue this week, found that while Pokémon GO increased physical activity in young adults who used the game, the effect was moderate and not sustained over time.
