Tallaght poorly served by scant GP services

Two representatives of the Tallaght Hospital Action Group have met the Chairman of the Tallaght Hospital inquiry, Dr Maurice Hayes, to discuss the review into the delay in reporting radiological examinations and the management of GP referral letters at the hospital.

High rates of drug-resistant TB among prisoners

Prisoners in the UK are significantly more likely to have drug-resistant TB than other people with the disease, suggests research published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health.
