Novartis Ireland is pleased to announce the launch of once daily Exelon Transdermal Patch, for the first line treatment of mild to moderately severe Alzheimer’s dementia.

Exelon transdermal patch is the only patch available for the treatment of Alzheimer’s dementia and is available in two strengths:
4.6mg/24 hrs – starting dose
9.5mg/24 hrs – recommended maintenance dose The pack size and the price are the same for each strength at €118 for 30 patches. Once-daily Exelon transdermal patch provides smooth and continuous delivery of drug through skin, helping to achieve optimal dosing, with the potential to improve compliance and treatment effects.
