Health insurers criticise private beds charge hike

Insurer aims to repeat diabetes screening

Vhi Healthcare is planning to introduce a number of new elements to its diabetes screening programme in the coming months, the first of which will see 1,300 people who were identified previously as having a high risk of developing diabetes invited to repeat their screening to determine their risk progression.
